Weight Loss Program/One on One & Two on One Training - This program is offered in two, three, four and five day a week sequences. It is designed to help you achieve long term goals and objectives of working out for a long period of time at a lower, easier to afford cost. We cover body fat, measurements, health, nutrition guide books, and a scheduled workout.

The Total Package & Total Body Quick Start Workout Package - These are 8 Week programs that include a diet, a supplementation program, a customized workout plan, a body fat analysis, photo documentation of your progress and body measurements. With the Total Package & Total Body Quick Start you get personal workout sessions with one of our experienced trainers plus everything you need to know regarding the; what’s, why's, and when’s for YOUR workouts.
8 & 12 Week Total Body Transformation Package - These are 8 Week programs that include a diet, a supplementation program, a customized workout plan, a body fat analysis, photo documentation of your progress and body measurements. With the Total Package & Total Body Quick Start you get personal workout sessions with one of our experienced trainers plus everything you need to know regarding the; what’s, why's, and when’s for YOUR workouts.
Total Body Challenge -  This is a 12 week Total Body Transformation challenge. We will guide you through a 3 phase diet and workout program leading you to achieve every fitness goal you have in mind while earning a chance to win prizes for doing it. This competition is held yearly.


Total Body Boot Camp - Total Body Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program designed to give a fun, new and refreshing way to finally get the results we seek in our health and fitness goals. It involves a program of many different combinations of strength training exercises, cardiovascular conditioning exercises, and stretching exercises. In other words,  it's core strength training, plyometric and agility drills, calisthenics, sprint drills, an obstacle course, stair exercises, hill exercises, and more! Group Training - Anytime Fitness Group Training is an Indoor/Outdoor fitness program designed to give you a fun, new and refreshing way to get the personal results you want. Group Training is designed for practically anyone!  


  Strength/Mass Gain Package - We offer an 8 Week Training Program designed for gaining all over body mass, lean mass, and strength gain. And we have a 12 Week Training Program which is designed for gaining all over body mass, lean mass, and strength gain.


  Sports Conditioning Programs - We offer programs for young athletes looking to increase sports conditioning by performing exercises correctly and learn the proper methods of the pros.


Travelers Training Program - This program offers a weight loss and diet program designed for those who travel. The program includes workouts outside of the gym as well as workouts in the gym. This program is designed for moveable sessions.


 

State and Local Police/Military Field Test Training Programs - Going into the service or about to attend the Police Academy? This program will build cardiovascular strength and prepare you to succeed.


We Offer Classes Featuring - Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Abs Class, Total Body Blast, and the Total Body Boot Camp.




  Female Competition Package - This is a 16-20 week program for female body building competitors and female figure competitors. In this program we develop a preparation program to get you into perfect shape for your competiton. We also help you choose posing suits and shoes, help create your routine music, and prepare you for your last week prep programs. We also do professional airbrush tanning, and onsite coaching for their show. 
   
  Men’s Competition Package - This can be an 8,12,16,20 week package that includes, diet programs designed to teach you what to eat and how to eat while preparing for a competition and to help you reach your desired weight and fitness goal. We do photo documentation and last week preparation diets. This program includes posing, how to make a musical routine, professional air brush tanning, advice on your competition suits and designing your workout program. 
   
  Posing Class For Females - We offer a posing class for female figure competitors just learning how to pose. This includes your last week diet prep and nutritional guide but its limited to just posing per session basis. 



   
  Posing Class For Males - We offer a posing class for males which is designed for those planning on doing a show. This Includes your last week diet prep and nutritional guide but its limited to just posing per session basis. 



  Nutrition & Supplementation Seminars - We host seminars designed to educate people and answer questions you may have on the guidelines of supplement use and nutrition. We have six month programs to which cover strength training and how to diet the natural way and teach you things you need to know about weight lifting and nutrition in monthly seminars.
 
   


Things Included in All Packages

 

  • Nutrition and supplementation guide books. Which outlines the when’s, what’s, and when’s, when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat. How to eat on a program according to your BMR.
  • Also a phasing process on how to continually challenge the body through different workout and cardio routines. As well as eating habits, eating up or eating down following a program supplementation guide. Which explains what supplements to use and when to use them, also which ones to change and how to initiate structure change in that nature.
  • We offer eight week programs, twelve week programs, sixteen week programs, and twenty week programs .
