Training Statement
My
name is Stacey Theodore and I have been into fitness for
over 20 years. Born and raised in Va Beach, I have
three wonderful daughters and a terrific husband!
Needless to say – my life is busy! This is why fitting my
workouts into my crazy schedule is crucial and helping
others learn to make the most of any workout is so important
to me!
I
love teaching group classes and started when I was 18 years
old – anything from aerobics to my favorite - Kickboxing!
I want people to learn that although working out can be hard
at times it can also be fun! If you make
the most of each move and each minute you devote to your
fitness routine you will be able to make your workouts quick
and efficient instead of long and grueling! I always
say “Have Fun and Just Keep Moving”!
