What is the Total Body Boot Camp?

The Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program designed to give a fun, new and refreshing way to finally get the results we seek in our health and fitness goals. Our Boot Camp involves a program of many different combinations of strength training exercises, cardiovascular conditioning exercises, and stretching exercises. More specifically, our Boot Camp consists of, but is not limited to, core strength training, plyometric and agility drills, calisthenics, sprint drills, an obstacle course, stair exercises, hill exercises, and more!

We hold three classes per week. Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 a.m. and at 7:00 a.m.. Then on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. Sign Up Now and Finish The Summer With A Blast!


What Will the Boot Camp Entail?

A Boot Camp session will consist of a 1-Hour cardio and strength fitness class. We bring the gym OUTSIDE. This is more than running and doing a few push-ups and crunches. WE DO IT ALL! We use resistance bands, body bars, abdominal workout balls, mats, and more! We are the Total Body Pump!

1) Warm-up and stretching
2) Mixed preparation work (i.e., jumping jacks)
3) Aerobic
4) Upper body conditioning (chest/tri/shoulders)
5) Running drills
6) Agility and speed work
7) Power movements
8) Lower body conditioning
9) Cool down and stretching
