I participated in
the 2009 Total Body Challenge. Despite multiple efforts to
lose weight the past couple of years, I have been
unsuccessful. This program presented by USA Elite Trainers
was comprehensive and vigorous including exercise, diet and
supplements.
I increased my exercise to a daily
routine. The Saturday classes, classes during the week, and
the aerobic treadmill workouts were all beneficial. I
received extensive dietary advice. Increased water intake
(approaching 1 gallon a day) and food journaling made a
difference. As a doctor, I was skeptical of supplements. But
after doing some research, I found supplements (including
CLA and protein drinks) that I was comfortable with.
With the above
program, I lost 12 pounds and 3 1/2 inches on my waist. I
plan to continue this progress at the upcoming Total Body
Boot Camp. In summary, I feel fortunate to have received the
professional advice that allowed me to achieve my personal
results. I truly thank all the trainers with USA Elite
Trainers and staff at Anytime Fitness for such a great
program.
